Ben Emanuel, recently selected as the Georgia River Network's river conservationist of the year, will address the regular monthly meeting of the Oconee County Democratic Committee 7:30 pm Thursday, March 17, 2011 about updates on the Hard Labor Creek reservoir and other water concerns involving Oconee County Rivers.
Jittery Joe's in Watkinsville is where the meeting transpires the third Thursday of the month for the Oconee Democrats.
Georgia Democratic State Treasurer Russell Edwards may also address the committee.
