St. Mary’s WellnessCenter fitness specialist Claire Lamkin will host an indoor circuit training class, Claire-Fit, during the month of November at St. Mary’s Wellness Center, 2470 Daniells Bridge Road, just off Ga. 316 near Loop 10.
Claire-Fit is a specially designed total body circuit training class consisting of fat-burning intervals using cardio, free weights, body weight and weighted machines. The class will center around a series of timed circuits to maximize fat and calorie burn. All fitness levels are welcome.
Classes will meet from 5:30-6:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays starting Nov. 2. All sessions will be led by Lamkin, an experienced fitness specialist who is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and who holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
Claire-Fit costs $110 and is open to all adults. Wellness Center membership is not required. Please register by Oct. 31. For information or to sign up, call St. Mary’s Wellness Center at 706.389.3355.

St. Mary’s Outpatient Diagnostic, Rehab and Wellness Center is home to five outpatient health services departments -- the sleep lab, radiology, rehabilitation, laboratory and wellness center. The facility provides a wide variety of patient services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, bone density testing, radiography, complete lab services and many others. The building's wellness center features a fully equipped gym with classes, personal training, cardiac rehab and massage therapy.
