Here is a list of Oconee County restaurants, including school cafeterias, that have undergone routine health inspections in March. All information was obtained from the Northeast Georgia Health District's health scores website. Each kitchen is given a score, and any violations are listed on-line. The restaurant or cafeteria is categorized as low risk if there are no critical violations and a score of 90 or more is achieved. For a food establishment to be categorized as high risk, one or more critical violations must be found. Too bad they set the precedent of a waste recycling plant on the city limits of Watkinsville, between Bunny Hop and Summit Grove, smack dab in the middle of a bunch of entrenched taxpayers already. They've got something to point to as an example of current technology making recycling "clean." Nary a peep then; very few complaints since; lots of "tax base" incentive, too. more ›
