"It's the camp that we love..." Jennie Arnold Edwards YWCO Camp was located on Jennings Mill Road (where Legacy Apartments is now) until the property was sold and the camp moved to Habersham County in 1987. Oh what memories abound in my heart and mind!!! The smell of the warm pinestraw, the sound of the dining hall door, the beautiful voices singing camp songs, the camp bell ringing, the wonderful camp meals prepared by the loving hands of our camp cooks, the evening programs and vespers in the Lodge, the sound of splashing coming from the pool, the Follow the Gleam ceremony, the walk to the cross singing Jacob's Ladder, the sound of the creek running through camp, the campout shelter, the first day of camp, the last day of camp, the many, many camp friends, and so many more memories.

On October 20, 2012, we will be joining together for a JAE YWCO Camp Reunion. We will be singing camp songs, looking at old pictures, reliving our camp days, seeing those we haven't seen in oh so long, and more.
