Did You Spot a UFO in Oconee County Last Week?

A poster on UFO Stalker describes having seen a "bright multi colored pulsating light" on Ga. Highway 53 on April 24.

What's that up in the sky? Is it a meteor? An airplane? A very large (or very close) firefly? If you're not sure, it's probably a UFO. And if you see one, you're in good company.

Last week, someone posted the following report on UFO Stalker, claiming to have seen an unidentified flying object in Oconee County skies:

"Driving down Hwy 53 in watkinsville going west toward Hwy 78 we noticed a bright multi colored pulsating light we pulled over to get a picture and noticed 1 more appeared. I took a couple more pics then we tried to relocate due to street lights obstructing our view.We searched but they were gone. Upon review I see a third cigar object, which I thought was a cloud, apparently it is something worth looking at I will send these new pics asap"

In Winder, someone reported just above Ga. Highway 316.

Then, in Buford, a witness described this object: ". It was solid looking, oval shaped, and it had no tail."

The sightings coincided with the annual Lyrids meteor shower which began April 16 and ended on April 26.
