University of North Georgia Dr. Bonita Jacobs and Dr. Margaret Venable, vice president and CEO of the Oconee County campus, offer remarks. Oconee County Board of Commissioners Chairman Melvin Davis and Watkinsville Mayor Charles Ivie present a proclamation designating Jan. 10, 2013 "University of North Georgia Day."
