I was visting downtown Watkinsville last week and came across this salon called Town Center Salon & Spa . I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by the owner Mrs. Cary Cartey, I needed my hair cut and she gave me one of the best hair cuts I have had in a long time, looking forward to going back.
