The Bogart Library hosted "The New Adventures of Br'er Rabbit" puppet show on June 22 at the Bogart Community Center.
David Stephens of All Hands Productions from Atlanta came back to Bogart this year with a new show featuring all the well-loved characters of the Br'er Rabbit, Br'er Fox, and Br'er Bear of the Uncle Remus series by Joel Chandler Harris.
"The New Adventures" are comprised of new stories not found in the Uncle Remus series in which the Br'er animals of the forest headline. Thanks to Stephens' mastery of voice and puppetry, the show was a wonderfully good time for children and adults alike.
