• If you are thinking about taking the family to visit an historical site or a Georgia State Park, stop by Oconee County Library first.  Borrow a ParkPass or Historic Sites Vistors Pass for up to 7 days with a valid library card and park for free, according to the library's website.
• The opening reception for The Playful Eye, a collection of artwork by Susan Pelham, takes place from 6-8 p.m. at the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation.  The works will be on exhibit through June 15.
• Eighteen graduates will be honored at Westminster Christian Academy's graduation ceremony at 7 p.m. at Grace Fellowship church. A reception will follow.
