Weather: Mainly sunny skies are in the forecast and a high of 98 is expected, according to the Weather Channel. A heat advisory goes into effect from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m. as heat index values rise to between 105 and 110. There's a 20 percent chance of an afternoon thunderstorm.
