Oconee Today -- Jan. 31

An energy expo, a wrestling meet, and a scholarship opportunity are a few of the things to know about in Oconee today.

 

Weather: Clouds will increase throughout the day, according to the National Weather Service, and high temperatures will reach into the mid 60s. Lows tonight will dip into the low 40s.

Top things to know:

  • Energy experts from Walton EMC will be at the Oconee County Library to help residents learn to cut energy bills and improve your home's efficiency. The expo, from 3:30-6:30 p.m., is free.

  • It's Senior Night for the Oconee County High School wrestling team. OCHS hosts Flowery Branch and Cedar Shoals in a meet starting at 5 p.m.
