1.  Lady Dawgs

2. "Praise from the Past" service

3.  Stone Mountain Christmas Festival 

Today is the last day of the Stone Mountain Christmas Festival  at Stone Mountain Park.  1000 Robert E Lee Blvd, Stone Mountain. Festivities are today from 2:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.  800-401-2407.  One-day ticket: $21 Child / $27 Adult.  Buy Tickets

4.  MLK Day Of Service

Register for the MLK Day of Service with Hands on Northeast Georgia. Contact Dawn Aiello: daiello@communityconnection211.org. Event includes a Kickoff Breakfast on January 17 at the Morton Theatre in downtown Athens. Volunteers will then head to their project sites to work from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

5.  Second Annual Pilot Club Chase 5K Run/Walk

Register now for the Chase/Walk  on Sunday, Jan. 16. Event starts at 3 p.m. at the Oconee Vetrans Park. Mail completed registration form and check payable to: The Pilot Club of Oconee County, P. O. Box 833, Watkinsville, GA 30677 or register online at: www.active.com.
