Happy Easter! Here is a roundup of some of the area church services for today.
1. Happy Easter! There will be plenty of sunshine and temperatures will rise into the upper 80s, the National Weather Service says.
2. At Antioch Christian Church, a sunrise service starts at 6:45 a.m. and will be followed by an Easter breakfast.
3. Ashford Memorial Methodist Church & Watkinsville Christian Church hold a joint sunrise service this morning at Ashford Manor beginning at 7 a.m.
4. Life Church of Athens Easter Worship Service will take place from 8:30a.m.–9:30 a.m.
5. Resurrection Sunday services at Watkinsville First Baptist Church will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the Life Building and Sanctuary.
