Nov. 18

• Angelica Sharun Hemphill, 26, of College Park, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane.

Nov. 16

• David Lamar Mullinax, 25, of Bogart, was charged with probation violation.
• Talmadge Pat Hanley, 54, of Watkinsville, was charged with two counts of theft by shoplifting.
• A bench warrant was issued for Raymond Cole McDaniel, 20, of Hardigree Bell Road.  He was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Tory A Favors, 37, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Justin Lance Jones, 32, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.

Nov. 13

• Elizabeth Ayala, 36, of Athens, was charged with obstruction of an officer and simple assault.
• Zandra R Jones, 37, of Athens, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane.
