Oconee Docket Book July 30- Aug. 5, 2012

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

 

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:

Aug. 5

  • Ryan Louie Clark, 31, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • A 17 year old woman from Duluth was charged with DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol and speeding.

Aug. 4

  • Dillon Whynn Austin, 19, of Hull, was charged wtih failure to appear.
  • Hewlett C. Giddens, 44, of Watkinsville, was charged with driving while license suspended.
  • Paul Christopher Stephens, 27, of Milledgeville, was charged with stalking.
  • Michael A. Hopkins, 44, of Bishop, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Ashley Nichole Mincey, 26, of Pendergrass, was charged with probation violation.

Aug. 2

  • Ronnie Gene Scogin, 43, of Danielsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • Patricia Leigh Bray, 39, of Mayville, was charged with probation violation.

Aug. 1

  • Jeb Perry Gregory, 43, of Watkinsville, was charged with aggravated stalking.
  • Tammy Jo Still, 39, of Bishop, was charged with hit and run.

July 31

  • Sandra Abb Stanfield, 42, of Athens, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to maintain lane.

July 30

  • Eric Bernard Smith, 27, of Athens, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released the same day.
  • Jessica Zanders, 32, of Elberton, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Carolina Lozano-Calderon, 28, of Tallassee Drive in Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Maria Lopex, 26, of Tallassee Drive in Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
