Oconee Docket Book Jan. 30 - Feb. 5

Feb. 5 

  • Eric J. Mitchell, 22, of Covington, was charged with probation violation.
  • Antionne Travis Lyles, 23, of Statham, was charged with probation violation.
  • A Bishop woman, 23, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Feb. 4

  • A 23-year-old Marietta man was charged with DUI and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • A 36-year-old Bogart man was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
  • Harold Coneray Williams, 42, of Stephens, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released later the same day.

Feb. 3

  • Michael Patrick Brock, 42, of Commerce, was charged with aggravated child molestation and rape.
  • Joshua Nathaniel Garza, 32, of Athens, was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
  • Malcom Ulysses Binns, 22, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
  • A Hull man, 46, was charged with simple assault.
  • A Statham man, 26, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
  • A 24-year-old Commerce man was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, and a windshield violation.

Feb. 2

  • Monica Shawnta Kelley, 33, of Athens, was charged with financial transaction card fraud.
  • Daven Cosby Richardson, 33, of Austell, was charged with probation violation.
  • Ronald Joe Mathis, 23, of Winder, was charged with probation violation.

Feb. 1

Jan. 31

  • Brian Scott Wilson, 43, transferred from the Madison County Jail, was charged with felony theft by receiving.
  • A 17-year-old Bogart woman was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Jan. 30

  • A 25-year-old Greensboro man was charged with failure to appear.
  • A 57-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
