Bogart Woman Wins $1 Million Georgia Lottery Prize
Catherine Householder bought the winning scratch-off ticket at a convenience store on Atlanta Highway.
A chicken chain manager in Oconee County is $1 million richer.
Catherine Householder of Bogart recently won the prize playing the instant game 50X The Money, according to a Georgia Lottery news release.
The winning ticket was purchased at Bogart Pantry on Atlanta Highway.
“I scratched it in the store,” she told Georgia Lottery Officials. “I got in the car and called my husband.”

This is the second lottery win for the Householder family. Catherine, who works in human resources for Zaxby's, won a $10,000 instant game prize in 2007 that was used to help pay for her daughter's education, according to the release.
This time around, the 43-year-old said she plans to invest for her retirement.

Only thing I'd suggest is what the lady is already doing, investing in retiring. Nothing like a little nest egg for the future.
