Though no formal ceremony is planned in Oconee County on the eleventh anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, members of the community are welcome to stop by the Community Center at Oconee Veterans Park to visit the county's memorial. "If they'd like to leave some flowers or a memento at the World Trade Center steel (beam), they're welcome to or just to come and say a prayer," Parks and Recreation Director John Gentry said Tuesday.
