Poll: Occupy Wall Street Movement Reaches 1-Month Mark -- Where Do You Stand?

Th movement has rallied hundreds of thousands of protesters worldwide, generated nearly $300,000 in donations and continues to grow.

The month-old Occupy Wall Steet Movement continues to gain momentum, spreading from New York's Liberty Square to places around the world, including some key cities in Georgia.

Atlanta protesters have been at Woodruff Park for 10 days. A group in Athens has gathered at the UGA Arch since Oct. 6.

Protesters say they are in it for the long haul.

The numbers of protesters has grown from a handful of college students to hundreds of thousands worldwide camped out a variety of reasons.

Chief among them are economic concerns, according to the Huffington Post which reports that "protesters speak often of the national wealth gap—the vast differences in income that separate the richest 1 percent of Americans from everybody else."

There's some interesting commentary about this on our Facebook thread: http://www.facebook.com/OconeePatch. One poster said, "Capitalism and only capitalism enabled me to earn what I have..." Do you agree?
