Georgia's Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Office revealed a map of the state's Proposed Congressional Districts Monday.

Under the plan, Congressman Paul Broun's 10th District would edge westward into a lot of what is presently Congressman Rob Woodall's territory in District 7, including Barrow and Walton counties.

Oconee in its entirety would remain part of the 10th District, but a northern slice of Clarke would fall under the new 9th.

A 14th District is to be added because of Georgia's population growth, which was revealed by the 2010 U.S. Census.
