The successful candidate must be self-motivated, charismatic, enthusiastic and creative. He or she must possess strong leadership skills and have a strong understanding of marketing, community relations, public relations and social media. This person must be passionate about eliminating childhood obesity and enlarging the Earth Fare community in his or her store and in his or her  respective community.

The community relations manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, community outreach and education, public speaking, social media and viral marketing, media and public relations, event management, community partnership negotiations, administering donation programs and aggressive guerilla marketing.

The salary is $24,000 to $31,000 annually.
