The IRS needs to change their methods of sending out your tax refund. I believe the IRS should have an option that allows taxpayers to have their tax refund be used as a credit towards their week's withholding tax payment. Then the taxpayer would receive a larger paycheck due to the tax credit from his refund. I have submitted this as a petition.

If we could change how the IRS sends out their tax refunds and include this option, then the check goes directly to the taxpayer and not in the mail!
