Job Title: Customer Sales and Service Center Representative

Description: A customer sales and service center representative for Charter is primarily responsible for interacting with consumers to generate sales and troubleshoot issues with billing and service. Consumer interactions will primarily be face-to-face but may involve phone calls. Employees may handle daily payments and will track, issue and receive cable telecommunications equipment.
Qualifications: Applicants should have good communication skills and customer service skills. Applicants should have a knowledge of cable television and telecommunciation products an services. The ability to use a computer and software applications is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position as well as a minimum of one year customer service experience.
