Chainsaws Taken from Work Truck on Greenwood Drive

The theft was reported to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 30.

 

An Oconee County Sheriff's deputy met with a complainant at a 1000 Greenwood Drive residence last Tuesday who wished to report a theft.

The man said sometime between midnight and 9 a.m. , two chainsaws, collectively valued at $1,500, were taken from an exterior storage compartment that was attached to the frame of his work truck.

Nothing else was missing from the vehicle.
