Athens Academy eighth graders Sean and Colin Murphy have qualified for the Duke TIP Center for Summer Studies 2012.* They were selected from over 2,000 applicants for the program and will participate in the "Marine Biology: Near Shore and Oceans" course at the Duke Marine Lab in Beaufort, North Carolina. The course will last 3 weeks, beginning mid-June.
