Volunteer families are needed between July 15 -27th to host an exchange student who will be involved in an English Immersion Program.  They will also tour our local area, have daily excursions and volunteer to distribute a truck-load of food to neighbors in need.

We even have some families who will be taking their exchange students on vacation with them. Talk about total immersion in the English language.  

We are asking families who are interested in learning about a new culture, volunteerism, public diplomacy and just plain old fun!  The size and configuration of your family is less important than the size of your hearts.  There's an old Danish proverb:  "When there is room in your heart, there is room in your home."  Not surprisingly, I learned this when I was an exchange student to Denmark!

These students are high-school aged and will arrive with their own insurance and spending money.  We ask only that you open your home and treat them like your own children.  Although the adventure is only 2 weeks, you'll make a connection for life!
