Sandy Creek Nature Center located at 205 Old Commerce Road in Athens will offer Home School Science on Wednesdays during the fall 2012.

Students and their parents can explore interactive learning stations, participate in lessons and go on a guided hike. Various themes are planned for each month.

Students may register for one or all four programs and the programs are open for children ages 5 to 9. Each class runs from 10 a.m. until noon. The program fee is $4 for ACC residents and $6 for non-residents. Contact 706-613-3615 or visit the website for more information.
