Holy Yoga Class Schedule at Mars Hill Baptist Church:

• Monday-  9 a.m. Holy Yoga Level 1-2
• Monday-  6 p.m. Holy Yoga Gentle 
• Tuesday- 6 p.m. Holy Yoga Sculpt - Bring 3-5 pound weights
• Wednesday-  9 a.m. Holy Yoga Level 1-2
• Friday- 9 a.m. Holy Yoga Sculpt - Bring 3-5 pound weights. 

Bring to all classes a toy donation for Operation Christmas Child, yoga mat, yoga block and strap. All of these items can be found at area stores such as Target, Walmart or Academy Sports. Cost of attendence is $5 per month.
